CEMTEC is a family owned business based in Luanda, Angola and started operating in 1992. Our head office is in Luanda and the plant nursery/garden centre and manufacturing divisions are in the industrial suburb of Viana and we plan to open another outlet in Luanda Sul this year.

Since 1995 CEMTEC has been the agent for the American PURA Ultra Violet water filter systems in Angola. These are by far the most popular and trusted UV filter systems in this country. There are thousands of systems supplying clean safe water, from small single outlet systems right up to whole house installations. Our local water treatment experience is unmatched and we are approaching 2 decades of supplying these robust and reliable units. We offer a full installation & maintenance service and carry all spare parts for clients to maintain their units.
CEMTEC stock a complete range of HTH pool chemicals to ensure perfect pool water quality. We also stock chlorine which can be used for potable water treatment. We supply an extensive range of swimming pool equipment such as filter pumps, filters, filter sand, automatic pool cleaners, hoses, pool nets etc.
We are the agents for the Louvolite™ the British brand of window blinds and have been manufacturing their blinds in Angola for 17 years. We offer a full range of blinds such as Vertical, Rollers, Panel, Woven Wood and Venetians and with the exception of Venetians all are made in our Angola factory in Viana.  This allows us to offer fast delivery and guarantee that sizes are correct. We can offer literally hundreds of fabrics from the Louvolite range to suit most tastes. We offer a full service if required and will send a technician to do the measurements as well as to show you our fabric selections to find the best solution for your needs. All our blinds are fully guaranteed and will reduce solar heating and sunlight in any building.
The CEMTEC garden centre and wholesale nursery in Viana can supply a large range of trees, palms, shrubs and ground covers suitable for gardens and landscaping projects of any size. We have supplied plants for many prestige landscaping projects in Luanda. Our range includes horticultural equipment from compost to fertilizers to pots, plants and seeds. We stock a large range of garden pots including specialized indoor pots with water reservoirs for offices, hotels and residences which can be rented with our maintenance service. Our landscaping products include water features, outdoor lighting, garden ornaments, irrigation systems etc. and we can assist with landscape design.
